When you place an order for digital images, prints, or photography services, I collect the following information:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Payment type (note: I do not personally store your payment details)
In addition, when you purchase prints, your information may be shared with the professional photo lab to complete payment and shipping.
2. How I Use Your Information
Your information is used for the sole purpose of:
Processing and fulfilling your orders
Contacting you if I have a question about your order or gallery
Providing access to your images and related services
I do not sell, trade, or market your information to third parties.
3. Sharing of Information
Your information may be shared only with trusted third-party providers necessary to deliver your order:
Pixieset (gallery hosting and order system)
Stripe (secure payment processor)
Professional photo labs (for printing and shipping)
These providers have their own privacy and security policies in place to protect your information.
4. Photo Galleries
For team or group photography sessions, please note that teammates and their families may be able to view each other’s images in the shared gallery.
If you prefer to keep your images private, please contact me at christi@christiadams.com before your shoot, and I will provide alternative options.
5. Data Security
I use secure, reputable platforms (Pixieset, Stripe, and professional labs) to handle orders and payments. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, I take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is protected.
6. Data Retention
I retain client information only as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer service, or meet legal and business obligations. Clients may request deletion of their personal information or image galleries at any time by emailing christi@christiadams.com.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information I hold about you
Request corrections to inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information or image galleries
Withdraw consent to gallery sharing at any time
8. Children’s Privacy
My services are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
